The live event "PLAY VOL.173" will be held at Spotify O-EAST on Thursday, October 29, 2026.
This time, the lineup features four groups: Otogivanashi, who have been leading the Japanese indie rock scene since the 2000s; She Her Her Hers, who have garnered significant support across Asia—including successful tours in China—with their psychedelic sound and worldview that blends various elements; Ålborg from Yokohama, who held their first UK tour last year and released the collaborative EP "The other day," with Yuransen this July; and Yukiguni, who performed at "PLAY" this past May and are gathering attention from their generation.
These four groups, with their different generations and musical styles—including rock, psychedelic, folk, and ambient—will come together. Please look forward to this lineup that allows you to experience these different personalities in one night, as well as the unique band sounds that will be played in the spacious venue of Spotify O-EAST.
For this performance, we are offering early bird tickets with tiered pricing based on the sales period. The earlier you purchase, the more you can save on your tickets.
The fastest advance sales will begin on Thursday, September 10 at 18:00 via LIVENODE TICKET (*1). Following this, ticket agency advance sales will begin on Friday, September 18, and general sales will start on Thursday, October 1. Please check each ticket site for details.

Formed in December 2000, the band has released 13 albums to date. Their collaboration with director Ū-ki Yamato—featuring the song COSMOS from their first album after moving to felicity, CULTURE CLUB (2015), and the film Otogibanashi Mitai—continues to generate passionate followers to this day. They are currently charging ahead, refining their new expressions and the magic of rock 'n' roll.

■Ålborg
An indie rock band formed in Yokohama in 2022. Since releasing their 1st single, "Girl," in August of that same year, they have been garnering attention, primarily in Yokohama and Tokyo. In July 2024, they released their 1st album, The Way I See You. The album received critical acclaim from various sources and garnered attention, including a nomination for the "APPLE VINEGAR – Music Award 2025." In May 2025, they went on their first UK tour and performed at "The Great Escape 2025" in Brighton, England. They are a wonderful five-piece band whose deep, nuanced songs—composed of diverse elements such as trombone, flute, and steel guitar—captivate even first-time listeners.

■Yukiguni
Formed in 2023, this indie rock band is based in Tokyo and composed of three members born in 2003. Their first album, pothos, released in June 2024, garnered significant attention and won the Kanto Block Award at the "CD Shop Awards 2025." They are also actively organizing their own events, continuing to exert a strong influence on the music scene. Their sound is centered on indie and alternative rock, incorporating melodies influenced by folk; rhythmic sensibilities from slowcore, indie pop, and electronica; and influences from post-rock and ambient music, all characterized by meticulously constructed harmonies from bass to vocals. Beyond performing on the "ROOKIE A GO-GO" stage at FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL 2025, they have successfully completed tours across several Asian cities, establishing a unique presence both in Japan and internationally.
